Roberta is a Senior Investment Manager overseeing both new and existing investments across the Southern region.

With over a decade of experience in the investment sector, she has spent more than seven years specializing in investing in African agriculture, with a particular focus on Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique. Before joining AgDevCo, Roberta worked in Milan at a private debt fund dedicated to Italian SMEs. Roberta holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Bocconi University.
