On Tuesday 28th May, senior staff from AgDevCo attended the funeral of Nick Rouse, who sadly passed away recently.

Nick has been a very important part of AgDevCo's story over the last 12 years - both professionally and personally.  Credit goes to him (along with others) in getting the business to where it is - both in terms of commercial performance and the impact that we have been able to achieve.  We have always appreciated Nick's professionalism, challenge, and advice.  And we have also been grateful for his willingness to go beyond the minimum - to spend the time outside of formal meetings to listen / advise or share the burden if an investment was not going well.

Although our interactions have mostly been in meetings, many of us have also had the pleasure of getting to know him personally over the years (whether comparing notes on box sets / books; or hearing about his rich professional and life experiences). 

We are very grateful to have known him professionally and personally.  We will miss him.
