Geoff provides advisory services for agribusiness development in emerging markets and has over 30 years’ experience in agribusiness investment in Africa. During his 16-year tenure with CDC Group, Geoff held a number of leadership positions including: Country Manager for Zambia, Regional Investment Manager for West Africa and global Director of Agribusiness, Food and Beverages. Subsequently he served as a non-executive Chairman of Mpongwe Development Corporation in Zambia and contributed to World Bank studies of African commercial agribusiness development.

Other current positions: Geoff is also Senior Agricultural Finance Advisor, at Wellspring Development Capital and a Member of the Investment Committee, at Invest Salone.
