Ezra Musoke is an experienced SME and impact investment professional with deep expertise across East Africa. He currently serves as Managing Director (East Africa) at the Small Enterprise Assistance Fund (SEAF) and is a Council Member of the Daraja Impact Foundation, a catalytic capital initiative supporting high-impact small and medium enterprises in Tanzania.
Over his career, Ezra has originated, structured, and closed investments across multiple sectors in the region, supporting business growth, job creation, and inclusive economic
development. He has previously held senior investment and leadership roles at GroFin, InReturn Capital, and Grassroots Business Fund, working across the East African region.
Ezra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Makerere University, a Master’s in Management Studies (Financial Management), and several professional certifications in banking, operational risk, and climate risk and investing.
